Explore the world of mediumship through 15 in-depth learning modules, thoughtful explanations, reflective exercises, and guided practices. Start with the basics and learn at your own pace.
Modules are published as they are completed. The Academy is a course about mediumship as a spiritual tradition and practice; it does not promise contact with anyone who has died.
In their own words
Shared in Facebook groups after sessions with Praseeth. Each describes one person’s own experience and is not a promise of any result. Profile photos are blurred for privacy.
Services and pricing
You will always see the price, how long the session lasts and what it includes before you pay for anything.
One-to-one mentorship with Praseeth CP is arranged directly with him. Fees and times are agreed before you pay.
Privacy and ethics
Confidentiality. What you share in a reading is treated as private and is not published or passed on.
Not a substitute for professional advice. Readings offer a spiritual perspective for your own reflection. They do not replace medical, mental-health, legal or financial advice, and they do not promise any outcome.
Your choice. Nothing is decided for you. You can stop at any time.
Community
Praseeth helps run large Facebook communities, including Life After Death and Spirituality for Beginners, where people share, ask questions and support one another.
Inner Balance learning
Beyond personal sessions, Inner Balance is growing into a place to learn through guided teaching modules with Praseeth CP as your mentor across 20 subjects.

Mentorship
Choose any of the 20 subjects, from the subtle body, Reiki, crystals and tarot to mediumship, meditation and shadow work, and connect with Praseeth for one-to-one guidance.
A daily practice
Pause for a moment. Look around you and quietly name five things you can see. Then notice four things you can feel, such as your feet on the floor, the chair under you or the air on your hands. Take it at your own pace. If anything feels uncomfortable, stop and look at something else.
A simple grounding practice for reflection. It is not treatment, and it does not replace support from a doctor or therapist.
Questions
Yes. You do not need a payment card or a subscription. You tell us whether you would like to be contacted by email or WhatsApp, choose a card and read it on the page. Marketing updates are a separate, optional choice.
No. A card is an invitation to reflect, with a spiritual interpretation. It does not predict the future or tell you what another person thinks or feels.
Four private one-to-one text sessions with human mentors every month, used however you like: personal readings, relationship and emotional guidance, learning support or personal growth. Everything that is free on Inner Balance today stays free. The monthly price is revealed on 11 November 2026 at 11:11 AM EST (9:41 PM India time). Before then, a limited number of people can get an early-bird price by following Inner Balance on Instagram, sharing our newest reel with 10 friends and sending us a DM. Private sessions are a separate purchase. See the membership details.
Each session is $50 for 45 minutes. You will choose a service and an available mentor, see the format, time and final price, then pay. Members and non-members can both book. Booking has not opened yet because mentor profiles and availability are still being finished.
Before you pay for anything you will see the billing cycle, the renewal date and exactly how to cancel.
We collect only what each feature needs. There are no accounts on this website: anything you keep, such as today’s card, stays in your own browser.
Daily reminders are optional. If you turn them on, they are delivered by OneSignal, a notification service, which receives only your reminder choices and your time zone. You can turn them off at any time in the Daily reminders panel or in your phone’s settings.
No. Everything here is for reflection and personal meaning. If you are struggling, please speak with a doctor, therapist or a local crisis service.
Gentle reminders
A gentle reminder to make time for yourself.
Choose reminders for the practices that matter to you, and let Inner Balance be part of your daily routine. Follow the simple steps below to get started.
Choose your phone for short, simple steps.
You add the Inner Balance website to your Home Screen. There is nothing to download from the App Store.
Open the Inner Balance website in Safari.
See a ✕ at the top, like this? Then the page has opened inside another app, such as Instagram, Facebook or WhatsApp. Use that app’s menu to choose Open in Safari, or type praseethindepthreadings.netlify.app into Safari.
Tap the Share button , the square with an upward arrow. On newer iPhones, first tap the ••• button at the bottom right, then tap Share.
Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen . If you don’t see it, tap View More first.
If Open as Web App appears, keep it switched on. Then tap Add.
Go to your Home Screen and tap the Inner Balance icon
.
Tap the bell at the top of the website to open your reminders.
Tick the reminders you’d like and choose a time for each one.
Tap Turn on reminders. When your iPhone asks, tap Allow.
Tap Send a test notification to check that it appears on your phone.
Website notifications on iPhone need iOS 16.4 or later. To check, open Settings → General → About.
Open the Inner Balance website in Chrome.
Tap the bell at the top of the website to open your reminders.
Tick the reminders you’d like and choose a time for each one.
Tap Turn on reminders. When Chrome asks, tap Allow.
Tap Send a test notification to check that it appears on your phone.
Tap the three-dot menu at the top right of Chrome.
Tap Add to Home screen or Install app, whichever your phone shows.
Follow the prompts, then find the Inner Balance icon on your Home Screen.
The icon is a quick way to open the website. It doesn’t turn on notifications by itself, so use the steps above for that.
Tap Send a test notification in Your reminders. If the test appears, your phone is ready. If not, these checks usually help. Settings look a little different on each phone.
Look at Your reminders at the top of this page. If it says notifications are blocked, allow them again:
iPhone: Settings → Notifications → Inner Balance → turn on Allow Notifications.
Android: in Chrome, tap → Settings → Site settings → Notifications, find Inner Balance and choose Allow.
Your reminders, at the top of this page, list each one with its time, plus the time zone they follow. The time zone comes from your phone’s own settings, so it includes daylight saving time. If you change anything, tap Save my reminders.
If you travel, open Inner Balance once in the new place so your reminders follow your new time zone.
Reminders need Wi-Fi or mobile data. If your phone was offline at reminder time, the reminder may arrive late or be skipped.
Focus, Do Not Disturb, Sleep mode or battery saving can hold notifications back.
iPhone: swipe down from the top right corner. If the moon or another Focus is lit, tap it to turn it off, or allow Inner Balance in Settings → Focus. Also check Settings → Notifications → Scheduled Summary.
Android: swipe down from the top of the screen and check that Do Not Disturb is off.
On iPhone, reminders only work in Inner Balance opened from its Home Screen icon, not in a Safari tab. If you turned them on somewhere else, open the icon and turn them on there. The steps for adding the icon are under I use an iPhone above.
Open your phone’s Settings → Apps → Chrome → Notifications and check they are allowed. If you installed Inner Balance as an app, check its notifications there too.

Featured mentorship course · eight months
Inner Balance eight month coaching and teaching course
An eight-month journey with Praseeth to deepen your own spiritual awareness, develop practical emotional and relationship skills, and prepare to teach these course principles to your own clients after completing the coaching programme.
Free companion exercises inspired by these themes, such as Pause, Notice, Choose and Boundaries with kindness, are in My Daily Inner Balance. They are short everyday practices, not a substitute for the course.
Most of us carry questions about relationships, family, work, purpose and our own reactions. This course gives you a guide, a structure and the tools to work on them, one to one.
After completing the eight-month coaching programme, you can teach this course content to your own clients and offer paid spiritual education and guidance sessions. A suggested fee is $666–$888 USD per client session, depending on the scope and depth of your offering. This is a suggested pricing range, not a promise of earnings or client bookings.
Teaching preparation is integrated throughout the course through short teaching demonstrations, guided practice and feedback. You will practise explaining concepts, leading reflective exercises, planning sessions and adapting the learning to a client’s needs while respecting consent and appropriate boundaries.
You and your clients will receive free access to the features of the Inner Balance website and app, supporting continued learning, reflection and personal practice alongside your sessions.
The existing curriculum is retained as 52 learning units grouped into eight course months. These units are not 52 separate weekly appointments. Suggested delivery is four two-hour coaching sessions per course month, giving 32 sessions and 64 guided hours, supported by reading and 10–15 minutes of personal practice on most days. Exact dates and pacing are agreed at enrolment.

Each session combines selected learning units with examples, reflection and teaching practice. Study the supporting material between sessions; focus live practice on the topics most relevant to you. Related concepts return with a different emphasis to support integration.
A suggested two-hour session includes 10 minutes of check-in, 15 minutes of practice review, 35 minutes of teaching, 30 minutes of guided reflection or role-play, 20 minutes of learner-led teaching and feedback, and 10 minutes for application and home practice.
At the end of each month, review one real example of change, one ongoing difficulty and one adjustment. Select manageable exercises rather than trying every technique. Adapt the pace, repeat a topic when useful, and keep personal details private if you wish. Emotional change does not follow a fixed deadline.
This course supports spirituality and wellbeing. Sensitive topics involve general education and gentle reflection rather than diagnosis or trauma treatment. Retelling traumatic experiences, recovering memories, confrontation and forgiveness are never required. Persistent distress or difficulty functioning calls for appropriate qualified support.
Prayer, energy work, Reiki, cards and astrology are optional reflective practices, not ways to establish facts about health, other people or the future. The course does not provide Reiki practitioner qualification or a clinical or professional coaching credential.
Permission to teach this spiritual education content does not amount to a clinical licence, accredited coaching qualification or Reiki practitioner qualification. Work within your competence and explain the educational nature of your sessions to clients.
Use a private journal, practice tracker and the worksheets described in the unit exercises. Completion includes participation, a personal guide and a practice teaching session. Your guide brings together values, helpful practices, boundaries, support options and a ninety-day continuation plan. Your teaching plan sets out a client session, reflective exercises and clear expectations.
